
THINGS TO KNOW
- We teach physically challenging classes in a non-competitive atmosphere to promote better flexibility and strength in your body.

We teach All Levels, Intermediate, Basics and Deep Stretch classes. You are encouraged to try them all to develop a well-rounded practice.

We practice in a 94 degree room.

We have dressing rooms and showers.

Bring a mat and a towel - rentals available in the studio.

Hydrate Well - Bring water and an electrolyte replenisher. Filtered water available in studio.

Arrive ten minutes early, classes are first come, first serve.

Ask questions! Teachers arrive early to be there for you. Please notify us of injuries or special circumstances.

If you must leave early, take a 5 minute savasana (final resting pose) before exiting. Let the teacher know you will be leaving early and position yourself in the room accordingly.

We offer private instruction for individuals and groups or for special events.

Do not eat heavy foods two hours before practice.

We offer All Levels Half-Price classes throughout the week (check schedule).
