9:30-10:15am $10 YOGA WORKSHOP FOR KID’S! with Wendy Fennell
Fly like an airplane, roar like a lion, stand tall like a tree. Just a few fun yoga poses that your child will learn in the YOGA WORKSHOP FOR KID’S at YOGA ONE.
The workshops will be held Saturday March 3rd. It will consist of a 30 minute fun and kid friendly, basic yoga practice and creative games. It will close with a 15 minute group activity circle of story telling, a healthy snack and....a surprise gift to take home!

9:30-10:15
$10.00 for each 45 minute workshop
Ages 4-8
*Kids should dress comfortably and bring a yoga sticky mat or mats are available to rent at the studio.
