SATURDAY JULY 26
NO HOLDING BACK BOOTCAMP with Daniel McCall

Hello Yogis!

In addition to reminding you about the upcoming No Holding Back Bootcamp this Saturday, I wanted to add some details on what we'll be doing and what you can expect to accomplish in this amazing 4 hour practice!

That's right, it's FOUR HOURS long! Have no fear though, it's not just an expanded class with four hours of asana. It is a sequenced class designed to be challenging, give you adequate time to replenish and renew, and show you how to take your own practice to a deeper and more meaningful level.

You not just led through movements, but coached so that you can find your most powerful pose, whether it's child's pose or handstand. We'll work on some fun new stuff, get in a little meditation and maybe even redefine our own definition of yoga. I've included an approximate schedule of the four hours below.

I hope to see everyone there! Remember that there is a discount for signing up in advance. This practice is ALL LEVELS and appropriate for old pro's and newbies alike.

WORKSHOP BREAKDOWN

Part I: Energizing Asana: Experience the full Baron flow with a few exciting extras. This part of the workshop will build strength and energy.

Part II: Savasana and Meditation: A long Savasana (resting pose) will set the tone for a mindful meditation. This will sooth the mind and the muscles and prepare your bodies for part III.

Break: There will be a short break so that you can refuel (and go pee!). I also recommend bringing a journal to jot down some reflective thoughts.

Part III: Deep Stretch Asana: The focus of this asana is on quality rather than quantity. Fewer poses with longer holds to create space. This is the point in your practice where transformation occurs. The glass has been emptied so that YOU can choose how to fill it.

We will end in savasana, thoroughly wrung out and ready to experience the world!

Requirements: Yoga mat (available for rent), yogitoes for traction, a journal and writing device, a desire to take living to the next level.

*Suggested: Do not eat heavy meals within two hours of the workshop and drink plenty of water the morning before.
