Fly like an airplane, roar like a lion, stand tall like a tree. Just a few fun yoga poses that your child will learn in the YOGA WORKSHOP FOR KIDS at YOGA ONE.

The workshops will consist of a 30 minute fun and kid friendly, basic yoga practice and creative games. It will close with a 15 minute group activity circle of story telling, a healthy snack and....a surprise gift to take home!
