The first half of the workshop includes discussion based on scientific research. Information is presented through an interesting, understandable and relevant approach guaranteed to peak your interest. (This isn’t your average science lecture). We will revisit a few basic biological concepts, explore new findings and consider their implications. The second half of the workshop is centered on learning and practicing mind-body techniques to help us create thought patterns that promote healthier, happier lives. This workshop will directly influence the way you think about your body and your beliefs.
