I have been a practicing massage/bodywork therapist since 1992. Primarily I am a deep tissue therapist yet by combining an eclectic mix of modalities each session becomes a distinctive treatment as I work mindfully with intuitive touch. I favor longer massage sessions that allow me to fully explore and address your body’s issues while creating a supportive space for healing and replenishing to occur. Listening with my hands as well as my heart is my intention as I approach each session silently asking that you allow me to be a vehicle for your healing.
